This Christmas, cook with our Palco® aluminium food containters!

Quiche Lorraine

Ingredients for 4 persons:

  • 1 serie 45 -1060 Palco® mould 
  • 1 carton of whipping cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 gr of grated cheese
  • 250 gr de bacon
  • 1 leek
  • 1 shortbread pastry
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of flour

Let’s cook for Christmas!

  1. Fry ligthly the leek with the bacon until it gets a gold tone
  2. Spread the butter and the flour before the shortbread pastry in the Palco® mould
  3. Mix in a bowl the wipping cream, the eggs, the bacon with the leek and the cheese
  4. Dump the mix in the aluminium mould and put it in the oven during 15 minutes, 200º…

And ‘Voilà’!
