This Christmas, cook with our Palco® aluminium food containters!
Quiche Lorraine
Ingredients for 4 persons:
- 1 serie 45 -1060 Palco® mould
- 1 carton of whipping cream
- 2 eggs
- 100 gr of grated cheese
- 250 gr de bacon
- 1 leek
- 1 shortbread pastry
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 tablespoon of flour
Let’s cook for Christmas!
- Fry ligthly the leek with the bacon until it gets a gold tone
- Spread the butter and the flour before the shortbread pastry in the Palco® mould
- Mix in a bowl the wipping cream, the eggs, the bacon with the leek and the cheese
- Dump the mix in the aluminium mould and put it in the oven during 15 minutes, 200º…
And ‘Voilà’!
