Closures systems for aluminum containers

Alibérico Food Packaging offers different closures systems depending on the needs of customers and which are mainly used in non-coated aluminum containers:

Manual closure. The most easy and simple system, especially suitable for solid food and does not need any special treatment. Alibérico Food Packaging offers a wide range of aluminum caps, cardboard and plastic products that are perfectly suited to their packaging, ensuring freshness of the food.
Closures machines and K-system. Machines designed for professionals who need a quick and effective seal with cardboard covers: restaurants, rotisseries chicken, take away… Series 41, 46 and 66 are tightly sealed with just a small gesture!
Thermo-sealing containers and laminated with polypropylene caps. Particularly suitable for products carrying a sheet of plastic film inside and are sterilized after they have been closed. Especially suitable for canned food.
Thermo-sealing coated containers and lids. Alibérico Food Packaging coated products are suitable for clients with thermo-sealing closure systems. This type of closure extends the life of the packaged products.
Flow Pack. The packages of series 25 series and some of series 45 can be pocket with the product, being heat sealed at both ends. It is used in frozen lasagna for example.
