Manuel Giménez, Counsellor of Economy, Science, Competitiveness and Employment of the Community of Madrid visited today the factory of ALIBÉRICO FOOD PACKAGING, the largest manufacturer of semi-rigid aluminium food containers in Spain, located in Alcalá de Henares (Madrid).

Accompanied by Clemente González Soler, president of the ALIBÉRICO Group, Manuel Giménez visited all production facilities and met personally the team of ALIBÉRICO FOOD PACKAGING. Both highlighted the importance to support the growth of businesses and industry, as the main engines of the economy.

During his visit, Manuel Giménez has shown a great interest in the recycling and sustainable system of the factory, which has a very efficient system by which 100% of the aluminium scrap from the production lines is collected by suction and stacked for its later smelting and reuse.
